Solar Water Pumping Controller

Solar pump controller is specially designed electronics to run the solar pump through solar power.

It will get maximum possible power from solar panel for particular point of time by using maximum power point tracking (MPPT) Algorithm. It also controls all the parameters to run the pump in safe environment and provide many useful protections like, dry run, over voltage, under voltage, reverse polarity etc

Tatva iNTELLI-Flow is a smart solar pump controller the best possible energy utilization and efficiency. Coupled with remote monitoring, diagnostics and remote issue resolution capabilities, Tatva iNTELLI-Flow is serving a huge solar irrigation market in India and overseas.

Power produced by Solar PV panels will be delivered to VFD based controller, which converts the DC power to AC power to operate water pump. The Solar water pump controller automatically regulates output frequency and speed of motor according to solar radiation intensity with built in MPPT tracking function. It is compatible with both linear and non-linear loads.

In case of DC motor pumps, power from solar array is regulated by the DC charge cum controller to drive the DC water pump with built in MPPT tracking function.

We provide the most intelligent web based analytics with Tatva iNTELLI-Flow. Tatva iNTELLI-Flow analytics are powered through proprietary algorithms that track the performance of each system on ground. This is done by generating data minute by minute and logging it over our web servers via GPRS.

Our highly interactive web interface lets you live track the rudimentary as well as advance aspects of your solar pumping systems. This includes live-tracking of frequency, power consumption, motor current, PV voltage, MPPT performance and more. Our analytics engine helps system integrators in tracking the performance of their system. They can get a daily report on issues that may have occurred in the systems ensuring quick response times and reduced service costs.
